this one is a little out of order, but I had to post it. Carson was sooo into the election this year. She stayed up counting electorial votes and everything. She almost made it to the end and the next morning her first question was "What did North Carolina finally decide?" She must have been pondering all night in her sleep

Gingerbread House?!?!????

This was our attempt at a homemade gingerbread house. Uncle Brad and the kids had a swell idea to make our own from scratch. Not very easy. We ended up with a shack of somesort and a tree. By the next morning all that had survived was the tree, the rest had collapsed

I love the little friendship between these two. One wouldn't think that an 8 year old and a four year old would have much in common, but Carson and Jaxy have a very unique relationship and I love watching them together. It is almost like a mother hen to her chick but then like a small childhood crush on other occasions
